• The following conditions and general ordering terms apply only to foreign orders. German customers must use the German online shop  www.ostheimershop.com 
   
• All prices are in EURO . They include the 19% German VAT (Value Added Tax).   Tax-free delivery outside the EU (European Union) is possible. 
    
• You can order online, by email, telephone or fax. 
    
• The minimum order value is 25 EUR .  Sheeping rates outside Germany see here 
   
• You can pay only by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. 
    
• Click on the currency converter located on the left to convert your order amount into your own currency. 
   
• We can not fix the exact shipping rates before sending the package, because the world wide shipping fees vary and depend on the packet weight. In your order confirmation from us you will find a normal shipping rate for your region for a standard weight.  
   
• We try to offer a quick and reliable service. If the articles are in stock (green marked)  Orders will normally be ready and shipped out within 48 hrs.
    
• Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with our articles, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the article. If the articles and their packaging without any usage marks we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. • If we make a mistake or the goods were damaged, of course we will give you a refund .  
   
• Our manufacturers offer quality for their products. We provide 24months guarantee for all our products that have been used under normal conditions. Most of our products are handmade individually. They are not mass produced. Therefore occasional discrepancies in colour, dimension and decoration is possible.
    
• Any personal information you do give us, such as address, email, telephone number, as well as any customer identification, will not shared or given to any external organisation. We will use the information only for the ordering and shipping process. Basically you can visit our website without leaving personal details, but we will need some information from you if you make an order or if you contact us per email. It could happen that we place cookies, which allows us to make your purchase as easy as possible. Nevertheless, no security-related data are saved within those cookies.
   
• Ostheimertoys does not sell products for order by children. We sell childrens products only for order by adults. If you are under 18, you may use www.ostheimertoys.com only with the involvment of a parent or other full age person.
